What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating as part of a multi-skilled agile team, including security, service, and management experts.

• Taking ownership of work packages, delivering from design through prototyping to implementation, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are met.

• Applying advanced troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities to overcome technical challenges.

• Developing and maintaining automated, repeatable unit tests to verify functionality, including handling of expected and unexpected outcomes.

• Supporting work packages through user piloting and into production, providing early life support and ensuring smooth transition.

• Creating and maintaining clear and concise design and support documentation to assist users and support personnel.

• Delivering ongoing changes to work packages in response to evolving user requirements and feedback.

• Engaging in cross-training opportunities, sharing knowledge and learning from others in the team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Mail, MTA, and SMTP.

• Experience with Border Sync and Directory Services.

• Strong understanding of Web technologies (IIS/Apache).

• Proven ability to build and configure servers to meet project requirements.

• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management.

• Solid grasp of PKI (Certificates, TLS) for secure communications.

• VMWare experience for virtualised environments.

• Automation skills using tools such as Ansible, DevOps tooling, GIT, and Yaml.

• Proficiency in scripting with Powershell for process automation and system configuration.
