Interaction Designer - Government GatewayMax Supplier Rate: £460Clearance Required :BPSSDuration:6 monthsLocation: Telford . but location is flexibleJob Description: We are looking for a Interaction Designer to support work on the Government Gateway programme - mainly supporting SCP, EACD/RATE and FRAUD PREVENTION CENTRE.Key ResponsibilitiesUser-Centred Design: Build service flows based on real evidence of user needs and government outcomes.
Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, user flows, and digital prototypes.
Accessibility & Inclusion: Ensure designs meet strict public sector accessibility regulations and work for everyone, regardless of digital skills. Collaborative Delivery: Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams alongside user researchers, content designers, and product managers.
Core Skills RequiredEvidence-Based Design: Using research and data analytics to test design hypotheses.
Designing Together: Collaborating openly and communicating the value of good design to non-technical stakeholders.
