A global enterprise technology organisation is looking for an Inbound Campaigns Operations Specialist to join a high-performing EMEA marketing function supporting digital campaigns, webinars, and inbound marketing operations across multiple regions.

You’ll become a key operational pillar within the campaigns team, helping drive webinar execution, campaign delivery, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and marketing workflow management across EMEA.

This role would suit someone from a marketing operations, campaign coordination, webinar delivery, or digital marketing support background looking to gain exposure within a globally recognised technology environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Operations & Coordination

  • Managing campaign workflow activity and operational requests across EMEA
  • Coordinating approvals, campaign tickets, and activation timelines
  • Tracking campaign schedules and highlighting delivery gaps
  • Managing localisation and translation coordination across regions
  • Supporting campaign calendar planning and email activation requests

Webinar Delivery Support

  • Supporting webinar setup and backend execution through webinar platforms
  • Coordinating content uploads, audience publishing, and webinar logistics
  • Supporting live and simu-live webinar sessions
  • Monitoring webinar Q&A activity alongside subject matter experts

Reporting & Data

  • Supporting post-campaign and post-webinar reporting
  • Generating and compiling marketing performance data
  • Working with Salesforce and reporting tools to support campaign analysis
  • Assisting with quarterly reporting across inbound and digital initiatives

What They’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within marketing operations, campaign coordination, webinar operations, or digital marketing support
  • Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, On24, Asana, Workfront, SharePoint, or similar platforms
  • Strong organisation and multitasking capability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and international teams
  • Someone proactive, adaptable, and operationally minded

Highly Desirable

  • Experience supporting EMEA/global marketing teams
  • Webinar platform experience
  • Exposure to campaign reporting and analytics
  • French or German language skills
