Rate: Up to £490 per day (via an approved umbrella company)
Clearance Requirement: Must have 5 years of continuous UK residency
Company Overview
Our client is a leading multinational technology and consultancy services provider, renowned for delivering innovative digital transformation solutions across a wide range of industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Finance Cloud Consultant to join their team on a contract basis to support a key client engagement in the public sector.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the post-go-live support and enhancement of Oracle EPM Finance Cloud solutions. This includes working closely with client stakeholders to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the EPM platform.
While the role is primarily remote, candidates must be flexible to attend onsite meetings in Edinburgh or Glasgow up to 2-3 days per week, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for Oracle EPM Finance Cloud post-implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrations, business rules, and reporting.
- Develop and enhance Groovy scripts and business rules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Maintain and improve narrative reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across EPM modules.
- Support testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency (for security clearance purposes).
- Proven experience with Oracle EPM Finance Cloud, particularly in:
- Data integrations
- Narrative reporting
- Business rules and Groovy scripting
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role.
- Familiarity with public sector finance processes.
- Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud modules or integration tools.
