Oracle HCM Functional Consultant6 monthsRemote within UK - potential travel to Birmingham/London - Expenses would be paid for travel to offices other than baseInside IR35 - Umbrella onlyRole DescriptionThe Oracle HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of the HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to configure HR, salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs, and incentive compensation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations. The consultant will also support system enhancements, integrations, and reporting needs.

SkillsExperience with Oracle Compensation & Benefits moduleStrong experience in configuring salary structures, incentive programs, and compensation cycles.

Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans.

Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profilesProficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations.

Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.Understanding of the integration with Payroll, Core HR, and Absence ManagementExperience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus.
