About the Role - PMO Support Office

  • As a PMO Support Office specialist, you'll establish and maintain robust change control processes and governance frameworks.

  • You'll receive, log, and track change requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all changes are properly reviewed and approved.

  • The role involves facilitating change control board meetings, preparing data for decision-making, and communicating updates to management and project teams.

  • You'll also support wider PMO responsibilities, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and consistent reporting across programmes.

What We're Looking For - PMO Support Office

  • Proven experience managing change control and information management processes within large or secure programmes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of change on scope, cost, and schedule.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and SharePoint, with the ability to handle data and reporting efficiently.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in evolving environments.

  • Must hold active DV clearance for work on secure government accounts.
