About the Role - Programme Manager

• As a Programme Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of critical programmes, ensuring delivery excellence from initiation through to benefits realisation.
• You'll work closely with the Delivery Executive and MOD stakeholders to set strategic direction and maintain alignment with customer objectives.
• Responsibilities include managing risks, dependencies, financial controls, and governance across multiple projects, supported by the Programme Management Office (PMO).
• You will act as the key decision-maker for the programme, resolving conflicts, driving performance, and ensuring business value is achieved for both the customer and the organisation.

• Proven experience leading large and complex programmes within Defence or high-security environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
• Expertise in governance, risk, financial, and dependency management across multiple workstreams.
• A creative and solutions-focused leader who can deliver under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability in P&L management and ensuring clear accountability across projects.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
