Project Manager

Project Manager

Location: UK Hybrid (2 days per month in the office)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We're Looking for Potential, Not Perfection

We're seeking an ambitious Project Manager with around 2-3 years of project management experience who is ready for their next challenge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built solid foundations in project delivery and now wants to develop their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. We're looking for a motivated individual who can be moulded into a highly capable delivery professional while working alongside experienced stakeholders and business leaders.

You don't need decades of experience. What matters most is your attitude, ability to learn, and willingness to take ownership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and leading projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and project objectives.
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, risks, actions, and dependencies.
  • Coordinating activities across multiple teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Communicating project progress clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks early and helping drive effective solutions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in project delivery processes.
  • Supporting change initiatives and helping stakeholders successfully adopt new ways of working.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Approximately 2-3 years' experience in a Project Management, Project Coordinator, PMO, or similar delivery role.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Experience using common project management tools and methodologies.

Desirable

  • Exposure to Business Analysis activities such as:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Process mapping
    • Workshop facilitation
    • Documentation of business requirements
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • A project management qualification, or progress towards one (PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM, etc.).

The Type of Person Who Will Succeed

  • You're keen to build a long-term career in Project Management.
  • You enjoy solving problems and bringing structure to ambiguity.
  • You're confident working with a range of stakeholders.
  • You take ownership and follow through on commitments.
  • You're looking for an environment where you'll be coached, developed, and trusted to grow.

Working Arrangements

We operate a hybrid working model, requiring attendance in the office 2 days per month, with the remainder of your time working remotely.

Why Join Us?

  • Genuine opportunity for career development and progression.
  • Exposure to a variety of business and technology projects.
  • Supportive leadership and mentoring.
  • Flexible hybrid working.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact rather than being a small part of a large delivery function.

We're particularly interested in hearing from Project Coordinators, Junior Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, or candidates with a blend of Project Management and Business Analysis experience who are looking to take the next step in their career.

If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
