Project Manager - Must Have an Active SC Clearance

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity projects within a structured programme environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and stakeholders at all levels, delivering solutions that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the successful delivery of IT infrastructure and transformation projects through their full lifecycle
Define project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and business units
Work collaboratively with customers to achieve acceptance, closedown, and seamless handover to service
Track project costs, ensure milestones are achieved, and invoices are raised accurately and on time
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular status updates to the Senior Project Manager or Programme Board
Apply best practice project management principles including risk management, scope control, and financial governance
Operate within established methodologies and frameworks, including Agile, PRINCE2, and SAFe
Coordinate internal teams, ensuring effective planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
Conduct formal reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured and shared
Essential Experience & Skills:
Strong track record of delivering infrastructure, application development, and test/release projects
Experience in both Transition and Transformation programme delivery
- Extensive MOD/Defence project experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide
Proficiency with project reporting, risk assessment, financial tracking, and governance
Familiarity with working in secure or highly regulated environments
Solid understanding of project methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, and SAFe
Ability to manage project impact on P&L and ensure contingency planning is signed off appropriately

Are confident managing budgets, timescales, scope, and risk in parallel
