Contract Salesforce Developer - Outside IR35 - Immediate Start

4-5 Month Contract | Remote with Occasional Onsite | £450-£550/day (Outside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme already well underway. This is a hands-on role focused on enhancements, integrations, and supporting the rollout of Phase 1 across Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

The ideal contractor thrives in fast-moving environments and can add value quickly with minimal hand holding.

What You'll Be Working On

• Developing and enhancing custom functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Building and optimising Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations
• Supporting delivery of Phase 1 rollout, including new features, fixes, and performance improvements
• Working closely with product owners, architects, and internal technical teams
• Helping stabilise and extend an in-flight project where speed and quality both matter

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex environments
• Strong skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, API integrations
• Experience with Marketing Cloud (desirable but not essential)
• Ability to pick up an existing project quickly and deliver high-quality work from day one
• Excellent problem solving capability and clear communication
• Able to start immediately
