Clearance: Must hold active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance

Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join a high-profile programme in Newbury. The role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the ability to deliver secure, high-quality solutions within a sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across key modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM)
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Configure workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with best practices, governance, and security standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end users

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant/Developer
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and platform customisation
• Integration experience with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in secure or government environments is highly desirable

Essential Requirements

• Active DV Clearance (non-negotiable)
• Eligible to work on-site in Newbury
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in agile or fast-paced delivery environments

Desirable

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS modules)
• Experience with SecOps or GRC modules
• Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
