The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Tester to support a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programme, working across complex system integration and end-to-end testing activities.

This is a hands-on testing role where you'll work closely with functional, integration, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of critical SuccessFactors capabilities. You'll play a key role in executing test scenarios, validating configurations, managing defects, and supporting system integration testing across multiple applications and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SuccessFactors testing activities across integrated business processes.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing activities.
• Coordinate and execute SuccessFactors-related test scenarios within wider business processes.
• Prepare, validate, and manage test data required for testing activities.
• Verify SuccessFactors configuration and data readiness ahead of test execution.
• Support defect investigation, triage, and resolution activities.
• Work closely with functional SMEs and integration teams to resolve testing issues.
• Retest defects and validate successful remediation.
• Track testing progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Maintain test evidence and ensure results are recorded within agreed test management tools.
• Provide regular status updates to project and test leadership teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience testing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong experience across one or more of:
  • Employee Central
  • Time Off
  • Recruitment
  • Onboarding
• Experience supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing across multiple integrated systems.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Test execution
  • Defect management
  • Retesting
  • Test evidence management
• Experience coordinating with functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SC Clearance or previous SC Clearance.

You'll be a proactive and detail-oriented tester who thrives in complex integration environments. You'll have strong SuccessFactors testing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
