We’re working on a brilliant opportunity for an End User Computing Technical Lead based in South west (Hybrid working), where you’ll genuinely make an impact — not just keep the lights on.

What’s the role about?

This isn’t your typical support job. You’ll be the go-to SME across the environment, leading from the front:

• Owning complex escalations and solving the “unsolvable” problems
• Shaping how EUC services are delivered (not just supporting them)
• Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar across the team
• Driving automation, improvements, and smarter ways of working
• Working across M365, Intune, SCCM, Windows and modern workplace tech

What they’re looking for

Someone who:

• Has active DV clearance (non-negotiable)
• Lives and breathes EUC / Modern Workplace tech
• Enjoys being hands-on but also influencing direction
• Likes improving things — not just maintaining them
• Can talk tech with engineers and translate it for the wider business
