This Workplace Integration Engineer role sits within a multi skilled Agile team and focuses on the end to end delivery of integrated workplace and infrastructure components across varied technology estates.

About the Role - Workplace Integration Engineer

• As a Workplace Integration Engineer, you will own delivery of defined work packages from design through prototyping, user piloting, and production support.
• You will work closely with Network Architects and Project Managers to configure, test, and document solutions from multiple vendors.
• You will automate deployments across Linux environments using Ansible and Terraform.
• You will script repeatable unit tests and support early life operations following go live.
• You will maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring long term supportability.
• You will manage ongoing changes in response to evolving user requirements.

Key Skills - Workplace Integration Engineer

• Strong experience with RHEL and CentOS, including automation via Ansible and Terraform.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows enterprise administration, including GPO, Registry, PowerShell, and patching mechanisms.
• Solid scripting capability with batch, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience working within DevOps delivery environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and IP packet structures.

Desirable Experience - Workplace Integration Engineer

• Active Directory, PKI, VMware virtualisation, and Windows Server environments.
• System hardening and gold build creation.
• Automated test execution using Robot framework.
• Agile delivery methodologies.
