UX/UI Developer - Salesforce experience - Remote - 6 months rolling - £350 PER DAY

Position Title: UI/UX Designer - Salesforce Experience Cloud and Custom Solutions. - Our Client will consider applicants across the whole of Europe.

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing solutions for Salesforce Experience Cloud as well as fully custom applications. Candidates with a background in telecommunications (Telco) and B2B E-commerce platforms will be prioritized as they bring valuable insights into our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop user interfaces for Salesforce Portal ensuring an optimal user experience across various devices.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in collaboration with development teams.
• Maintain design consistency across all applications, adhering to best practices in UI/UX design.
• Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce best practices, incorporating new ideas into the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, specifically with Salesforce Portal projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, particularly in Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in design tools (eg, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with Front End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and design systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative design processes, such as design sprints or workshops.
