Data Analyst

You'll be joining a forward-thinking team focused on expanding global markets and building a robust supply chain network. This role supports the Customer Demand/Data Management function and includes involvement in outbound logistics and data-driven projects.

As the team's processes mature, the role will gradually phase out, making this a high-impact, time-sensitive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities: -
* Analyze and manage customer demand and operational data.
* Support outbound logistics and supply chain activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
* Drive continuous improvement through data insights and reporting.

Skills & Experience Required: -
* Advanced Excel skills and VBA proficiency.
* Experience in supply chain operations and outbound logistics.
* Strong business acumen and self-motivation.
* Creative problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
* Familiarity with SAP, Tableau, and ARIS process mapping.

Education & Knowledge: -
* Understanding of logistics, warehouse, and export processes.
* Awareness of global business conditions in the automotive sector.
* Knowledge of LEAN and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
