Technical Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Technical Administrator to join our proactive and innovative team.
The purpose of this role is to support a large programme with reporting aspects and administrative duties working within a small team of administrators within a wider team of over 150+ engineers.
Responsibilities
Your day to day tasks will include:
- Using Microsoft Office to perform tasks
- Uploading Engineering drawings for manufacture into TeamCenter
- Creating and updating process guides in line with customer best practices
- Ensuring the quality of work is to a high standard
- Liaising with engineers to ensure deliverables meet their target dates
- Perform inductions for new starters and ensure they have the necessary accesses required for their role
- Using online databases and running reports on current work for the Management team
- General admin tasks/duties

- British National (not dual), able to gain or already in possession of security clearance
Desired skills
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office programmes eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Teamcenter and Leankit knowledge or willingness to learn

- Minimum BPSS, SC Clearance will be required
