About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong TypeScript experience to help build and scale next-generation digital asset and trading infrastructure products.

This is a high-impact onsite role in London for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys ownership, and has a strong “doer” mentality. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to ship production-grade systems used by institutional financial clients.

We’re especially interested in engineers who actively leverage AI tools in their day-to-day workflow , whether for development acceleration, automation, debugging, testing, or operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using TypeScript
• Develop infrastructure and platform products within digital assets and trading environments
• Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud services
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Ship features quickly while maintaining high engineering standards
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
• Use AI-assisted tooling and automation to improve engineering productivity and velocity
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend development
• Proven experience building and shipping production systems
• A highly proactive “doer” personality with strong ownership mentality
• Experience working in startup, scale-up, or fast-paced product environments
• Comfortable operating autonomously and solving problems independently
• Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day engineering workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

• Background in finance, capital markets, trading platforms, or digital assets
• Experience within crypto, blockchain, custody, or exchange infrastructure
• Familiarity with low-latency systems or real-time trading environments
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks and Node.js ecosystems
