Lead Ai Engineer

I am supporting a next-generation AI business that is reinventing how enterprises automate complex analytics and data science workflows. They build digital AI workers that remove fragmented tools, eliminate overhead, and deliver insights dramatically faster.

They are now looking for a Lead AI Engineer to help design and deliver high impact AI solutions for global enterprises.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with major enterprise clients to understand challenges and design bespoke agentic and analytics workflows

• Creating clear, scalable solution architectures and technical specifications

• Leading delivery end to end structuring work, guiding engineers, and ensuring high quality execution

• Breaking complex problems into manageable components and driving alignment across business and technical teams

• Getting hands on with modern AI systems including LLMs, RAG, MCPs, and agent workflows

• Strong solution architecture mindset

• Experience leading technical delivery or project squads

• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable plans

• Comfortable in client facing conversations with both technical and non technical stakeholders

• Technical grounding in AI, data, systems design, or application architecture
