Explore Group have recently partnered with an exciting FinTech brand that is developing an innovative suite of B2C products. Their flagship offering is a unique card built on crypto-native solutions, enabling customers to spend digital assets globally in a seamless manner. This product is one of the first of its kind, which has resulted in significant traction from clients and successful funding rounds.

TheRole:

Due to growth, my client is looking to make a key Senior Product Lead hire. This individual will play a pivotal role in helping this start-up excel through the delivery of new features and solutions across Cards & Payments. These solutions will also be built upon key crypto and blockchain principles.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Experienced Product Manager / Product Lead with 7+ years in this vertical

• Extensive experience working in FinTech / Financial Services in a commercial setting

• Product exposure within card programmes – such as payments, processing, issuers, etc.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Experience in Crypto / Blockchain / Web3 is a bonus (but not essential)
