• Location: Aldgate, London E1 8EU
• Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 17:30pm
• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Gross per annum plus Company Benefits

Your new role

We’re seeking an up-and-coming collection professional, looking to expand their experience in collecting aged as well as existing debt, building rapport directly contributing to the revenue of one of the leading IT solution providers.

• To engage and collect due debt across all assigned customers  
• To ensure accounts are managed to a good standing, inc adding notes 
• To take responsibility for the debt, chase internal dept’s where required 
• Allocating receipts where required  
• Success in this role will see you reducing debt to agreed KPIs, and building interdepartmental and external relationships

What you’ll need to succeed

• Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a similar role 
• Strong excel skills 
• Negotiation skills 
• Must be PC literate and able to use standard software packages particularly Excel 
• Strong customer services focus 
• Responsible and willing to take ownership of work 
• Experience working for an ISP or communications provider would be preferable but not essential.
