Our clients are looking for an Junior Technical Exec who can lead the charge, keep things running smoothly, and deliver exceptional event experiences. If you enjoy a dynamic environment and making quick, informed decisions, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onsite registration for events of all sizes, from intimate conferences to massive 80,000+ attendee gatherings.
• Serve as the main onsite contact for clients, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
• Set up, operate, and break down registration equipment with ease.
• Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to keep things on track.

What You Bring

• You’re skilled at clear, effective communication and keeping everyone in the loop.
• Experience in hardware setup and configuration is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus.
• A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel are required.
• Have a Flexible approach to working hours: Not every day is a 9-5 day.
• This role involves traveling across the UK, with the flexibility to stay onsite for events. There may also be opportunities for international travel.
