Business Development Manager – Technology
Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established software company who are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team, based in London.
The successful candidate will have experience in a sales-related role, ideally within the tech or SAAS sector, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including with globally recognised brands.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£50K-£55K with a c£15K OTE, alongside 25 days holiday + bank holidays, healthcare cash plan and hybrid working (3 days in the office) plus more!

Duties include:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close, while maintaining a healthy pipeline
- Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue targets aligned with individual and company goals
- Apply structured sales methodologies to ensure high forecast accuracy and effective opportunity management
- Develop tailored proposals based on customer needs, maintaining strong product and competitive knowledge
- Leverage automation and AI tools effectively while supporting and mentoring junior sales team members
Experience/Skills required:
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Experience working in the tech or SAAS space highly advantageous
- Career-minded with a tenacity for sales
- Excellent communication skills
