Operate CRM Contacts System - Volunteer

Help save the world one step at a time!
We need help in our campaigns lobbying governments to take action against climate change.
You will manage our on-line list of over 1,400 individual contacts and organisations.
What difference will you make?

• Your time and skills will help us to keep records up to date and to add new contacts.
• This work is invaluable to ensure GDPR compliance.
• You will help busy teams less familiar with the system's data entry functions.
• You work with the user teams to analyse their requirements.
• You identify how each contact could be asked to support our campaigns.
  

What are we looking for?
3+ years experience in

• Any CRM system which holds contact details. ERPNext, the one we use, would be ideal
• Data Management, e.g. data audit, data cleaning, duplicate management.
  

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of GDPR compliance
• Knowledge of campaigns to prevent and reduce climate change.
• Technical knowledge of ERPNext or business analysis of requirements would be great
