Asset & E-commerce Lead

Extra Recruitment are seeking an experienced Asset & E-commerce Lead to maximise the value of our client's assets through online sales channels including eBay, Amazon, and other digital marketplaces. This role takes full ownership of the asset lifecycle, from valuation and listing to sale and disposal. Ultimately, driving strong commercial returns and operational efficiency while developing and growing the digital sales function.

Asset & E-commerce Lead Responsibilities

  • Manage assets from intake and valuation through to online sale and disposal
  • Develop and execute multi-channel e-commerce strategies
  • Create and optimise product listings (descriptions, pricing, imagery, SEO)
  • Monitor sales performance, margins, and inventory turnover to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee order fulfilment, returns, compliance, and customer enquiries

Asset & E-commerce Lead Details

  • Location: Wednesbury (WS10)
  • Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PA
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (08:00AM -16:00PM)

Asset & E-commerce Lead Requirements

  • Proven experience in asset management, e-commerce, or online marketplace sales
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as eBay and Amazon
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, inventory management, and sales analytics
  • Knowledge of UK consumer sales regulations and marketplace compliance
  • Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement
