Role Overview
We are appointing a Director of Product to lead product strategy, governance, and delivery across our B2C and B2B iGaming platforms, covering Casino, Sportsbook, and Cryptoâenabled products.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full accountability for product direction, roadmap prioritisation, and execution quality within agreed commercial and regulatory guardrails.
You will operate with meaningful autonomy over product decisions, while partnering closely with the Group Growth & Strategy Director to ensure strategic initiatives, innovation programmes, and market expansion are effectively embedded into the platform roadmap.
This is a senior leadership role focused on building a disciplined, scalable, and commercially aligned product organisation.
What Youâll Be Responsible For
đ Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and own endâtoâend product strategy across B2C and B2B verticals
- Control roadmap prioritisation, sequencing, and tradeâoffs
- Ensure alignment with commercial performance, regulatory requirements, and operational execution
đ§© Platform Leadership
- Oversee development of Casino, Sportsbook, and B2B / SaaS platforms, including Crypto capabilities
- Ensure platforms are scalable, modular, and clientâready
- Balance operatorâled delivery with longâterm B2B expansion needs
đ Product Organisation & Delivery Governance
- Lead and structure the Product function (5+ Product Managers / Product Owners)
- Establish disciplined quarterly planning, release governance, and delivery standards
- Improve delivery predictability, release quality, and crossâteam execution
- Partner closely with Engineering, Commercial, and Compliance leadership
đ Executive & Commercial Accountabilit y
- Own product budget, resourcing, and prioritisation decisions
- Report clearly to the CEO on roadmap status, risks, and delivery metrics
- Ensure product decisions drive measurable revenue, margin, and customer impact

- A stabilised, credible product roadmap within the first 90 days
- Clear separation and ownership of B2B vs B2C product tracks
- Improved release quality and reduced operational friction
- Predictable delivery cadence and governance
- A scalable product function capable of supporting continued growth
Experience Weâre Looking For
- Proven senior product leadership experience within iGaming
- Strong background in B2B and/or SaaS platforms (essential)
- Experience owning multiâteam, multiâproduct delivery environments
- Deep commercial awareness and strong understanding of regulatory constraints
- Experience with Casino, Sportsbook, and/or Cryptoâenabled products highly desirable
