Senior Account Executive – Outbound - Payments

About the Role

You’ll own outbound sales into mid-cap and enterprise organisations, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from start to finish. This is a true hunter role as you’ll identify opportunities, develop relationships, and work closely with internal champions to drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal close
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and internal champions to progress deals
  • Maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets
  • Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to refine messaging and GTM strategies
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations focused on financial and operational outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience selling to mid-cap or enterprise clients ideally in fintech, SaaS, payments, or operational efficiency solutions
  • Strong experience engaging with merchants or payment decision-makers and navigating complex organisations
  • Excellent commercial awareness and ability to articulate ROI and business value
  • Confidence managing longer, multi-stakeholder sales processes
