Senior Consultant - Business Analyst

• Location: Bristol with regular travel to Germany
• Salary: £50,000-£55,000
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance

The Role:

Join a 100+ employee scale-up digital transformation consultancy as a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst.

This role is a blend of remote working, office-based collaboration, and regular visits to client site in Germany.

What you'll do:

• Support the Project Manager in delivering complex technical change projects in Defence.
• Gather and translate requirements into clear artefacts such as user stories and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and turn stakeholder insights into actionable delivery outputs.
• Support programme structures and governance, maintaining key delivery artefacts as needed.
• Produce high-quality client outputs and mentor junior team members.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis or programme delivery.
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and bridging user needs with technical teams.
• Experience working within structured delivery environments and supporting programme governance.
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary and multi-organisation teams.
• Eligible for SC Security Check clearance.
• Willingness to travel to Germany as required (Likely for a week or two a month Mon-Fri)
