Senior Engagement Manager

• Salary: £90,000-£100,000
• Must be eligible for SC Clearance

The Role:

Join a 100+ employee scale-up digital transformation consultancy.

This role is a blend of remote working, office-based collaboration, and expensed client site visits, mainly around Bristol or across the M5 Corridor.

This role is focused on delivering complex technical change for a Defence Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, including planning, budgeting, delivery and closure.
• Define scope and deliverables, and manage delivery teams and timelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead proposals, contract negotiations and bid activity.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Understand client challenges and co-create effective solutions.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely delivery.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Defence experience with current SC Clearance or eligibility for SC Clearance
• Strong consultancy experience and excellent client facing skills
• Experience delivering technology change programmes.
• Experience with resource management
• Experience leading matrixed teams.
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
