These roles require onsite attendance in Inverness, 5 days per week, and successful completion of BPSS and client security clearance checks.

A new Identity & Access Management function is being established to support a major service transition programme. We are seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Support Engineer with strong Microsoft Entra ID and Okta expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Microsoft Entra ID administration and operations
- Manage Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Support Enterprise Applications and SSO integrations (SAML/OIDC)
- Support hybrid identity environments and Entra Connect synchronisation
- Investigate and resolve IAM incidents and service requests
