They're redefining payments by removing transaction fees for businesses and passing those savings on to customers, driving higher conversion, repeat purchases, and long-term loyalty.

What You'll Be Working On

• Designing and evolving B2B APIs, payments infrastructure, and personalisation systems
• Collaborating closely with UX and Product on discovery, ideation, and problem-solving
• Contributing to engineering-wide initiatives, architecture decisions, and best practices
• Making autonomous, high-impact decisions that directly affect customers
• Mentoring and sharing knowledge within a growing engineering team

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Background in financial services, payments, or high-volume transaction platforms
• Delivery-focused mindset with agile ways of working
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, AWS
• Exposure to Terraform and Kubernetes is a plus
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, CI/CD, test automation, and security
