The Opportunity

We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven fintech organisation undergoing a major digital transformation across its global workforce.

They're looking for an experienced EUC Lead to take ownership of their Modern Workplace and End User Computing strategy, driving a secure, high-performance, and seamless digital experience for employees across multiple regions.

This is a high-impact leadership role, sitting at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business productivity, with strong visibility across senior leadership.

The Role

As EUC Lead, you will:

  • Define and deliver the EUC / Digital Workplace strategy, aligned to business growth and regulatory requirements
  • Own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive)
  • Lead endpoint management across Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID
  • Drive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives to improve engagement and productivity
  • Ensure best-in-class security posture leveraging M365 Security, Defender, and conditional access
  • Lead a team of engineers and 3rd parties, setting standards and driving delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, and Operations to prioritise and deliver change
  • Own the roadmap for automation, AI (Copilot), and workplace innovation
Technology Environment
  • Microsoft 365 (E5 ideally)
  • Intune / Endpoint Manager / Autopilot
  • Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Defender & security stack
  • Windows 10/11 & mobile device management
  • Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint Online)
  • Exposure to DEX tooling (e.g. Nexthink, Lakeside, ThousandEyes) is a strong advantage
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a Lead / Head of EUC / Modern Workplace role
  • Strong, hands-on understanding of M365 and endpoint management technologies
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale workplace transformation programmes
  • Solid appreciation for security, compliance, and regulated environments (financial services preferred)
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management - able to operate at C-level and across business units
