PAM Support Engineer

Manchester | Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

We're looking for a PAM Support Engineer to support enterprise privileged access platforms within a highly secure environment.

Please note:

• This role is based in Manchester and requires onsite attendance 5 days per week.
• Applicants must be eligible to obtain BPSS clearance.

What you'll be doing

• Support and administer BeyondTrust PRA and BeyondTrust PAM.
• Manage privileged account onboarding and lifecycle activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support platform operations.
• Work closely with infrastructure and IAM teams to improve security posture.
• Produce technical documentation and support continual service improvement.

Essential experience

• BeyondTrust PRA
• BeyondTrust PAM
• Production support experience

Desirable

• Active Directory administration
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Okta
• Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
