We're looking for someone who can confidently lead Agile delivery, coach teams, and help shape meaningful organisational change.
The Opportunity:
As a Scrum Master (Senior Consultant level), you'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and supporting clients through significant digital and organisational transformation. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and help teams embed new, effective ways of working.
You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in wider consulting activities, from shaping transformation roadmaps to supporting business development and mentoring junior consultants.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Agile delivery for complex client engagements
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in high-performing Agile behaviours
- Act as a trusted advisor on Agile transformation, digitisation, and change
- Assess Agile maturity and design adoption/scaling roadmaps
- Support digital initiatives such as automation, data platforms, and ERP/CRM rollouts
- Identify risks, dependencies and blockers as well as drive resolution
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal methodologies and thought leadership
What You'll Bring:
Agile/Scrum Master qualification? Project or programme management certification (PRINCE2, APM, etc.)? 3+ years' experience delivering Agile projects? Experience delivering digital transformation/enterprise digitisation programmes? Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments? Experience managing or coordinating decentralised/multi-site teams? Excellent problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills? Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and the wider Microsoft suite? Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance
Desirable: Lean Six Sigma or operational excellence knowledge; understanding of data analytics in supply chain environments.
