We’re hiring a high-calibre, certified Network Consultant to deliver complex, enterprise-grade network solutions across demanding client environments.

We’re looking for someone who can own design decisions, lead deployments, and operate as a trusted technical authority.

• Architect and deliver high-performance wired & wireless networks end-to-end
• Lead deployments of Ruckus switching and wireless infrastructure
• Conduct advanced Wi-Fi design (predictive + on-site validation)
• Deliver technical design across projects
• Troubleshoot critical, business-impacting network issues (3rd line+)
• Work directly with stakeholders and senior client teams
• Travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally Europe

• 7+ years’ experience in network engineering / consultancy
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale network projects
• Deep expertise in:
• Ruckus (switching + wireless) – strongly preferred
• Advanced routing, switching, and network design
• Certifications – NON-NEGOTIABLE Must hold CCNP (or higher), Ruckus/Aruba/Cisco certification, or equivalent enterprise-level cert
• Strong experience operating as a technical lead
• Ability to design and deliver in live, high-availability environments

• Multiple advanced certifications (CCNP/CCIE, RCNA/RCNI, Aruba ACMP+)
• Experience leading large-scale deployments
• Strong understanding of network security and segmentation
• Exposure to modern network tooling / automation

• Work on technically challenging, high-visibility projects
• Be part of a specialist consultancy where engineering quality matters
• Gain exposure to complex, real-world network environments
• Clear progression toward senior/architect-level roles
