Manage system configuration, security, governance, and compliance
Lead system support, incident resolution, and service delivery
Oversee integrations, data management, and system lifecycle activities
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners
Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, and knowledge sharing Job Requirements: Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and the wider SAP product landscape
Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules
Proven ability to shape system roadmaps and lead design and enhancement initiatives
Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills
Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Essential Qualifications: Technical degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths) or equivalent professional experience Benefits: Competitive salary
