Change Manager (Impact for Industry)

About The Role

FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Change Manager (Impact for Industry Programme) to work with our client within the Commercial Transformation / Revenue Growth space. This is a 6 month contract with strong potential to extend and will operate on a hybrid basis in London, with on-site time depending on programme requirements and stakeholder engagement.

Our client is delivering a business change programme aimed at strengthening commercial capability, improving ways of working and supporting revenue growth. A core element of the programme includes the implementation of a new CRM system alongside broader behavioural, process and organisational changes. The Change Manager will lead the people and change work, ensuring teams understand, engage with and adopt the new ways of working needed to support the organisation’s commercial ambitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the change management strategy and plan covering CRM adoption and wider commercial capability improvements
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and build tailored engagement approaches for leadership and key business areas
  • Design and deliver communications, engagement sessions and change interventions supporting new processes, behaviours and systems
  • Work closely with the CRM delivery team to ensure strong user adoption and effective system embedding
  • Identify and manage people-related risks, resistance and change impacts across the organisation
  • Support leaders to understand and fulfil their role in championing and sustaining change
  • Track and measure change readiness, engagement levels and adoption progress
About You
  • Strong experience delivering business change and transformation programmes, including CRM or technology-enabled change
  • Experience helping organisations adopt more commercial ways of working
  • Able to operate credibly with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Change Manager or similar role within fast-paced transformation environments

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience of Salesforce or similar CRM implementations
  • Ability to apply structured change methodologies while maintaining a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
  • Hands-on and proactive, able to work at pace and bring clarity in complex settings
