The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform, with proven experience developing high-performing PowerApps solutions over large datasets in high-usage, enterprise environments.

This role partners closely with GTI engineering, operations, and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable, and data-intensive digital solutions within a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, integrations, and connectors across enterprise data sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Azure services)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
  • Implement secure development practices, including RBAC, data loss prevention policies, logging, and audit controls aligned with regulatory standards
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including solution architecture, data models, and deployment artifacts
  • Optimize existing applications with a focus on performance tuning, delegation strategies, data structures, and user experience improvements
  • Partner with engineering, InfoSec, and cloud teams to ensure proper governance, scalability, and integration patterns
  • Troubleshoot complex application and data issues and provide Level 2/3 support
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and the broader Power Platform
  • Strong expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Dataverse, including experience with large-scale data environments (tens to hundreds of thousands of records or more)
  • Proven ability to design data-efficient applications using delegation, optimized queries, scalable data models, and performance tuning techniques
  • Experience integrating PowerApps with complex data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, APIs, and Azure services
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate, custom connectors, Azure Logic Apps, and REST API integrations
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM), DevOps processes, and enterprise deployment frameworks
  • Knowledge of secure development practices, RBAC, and data governance within large organizations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL performance optimization, Azure Functions, and Microsoft 365 integrations
  • Familiarity with ITSM workflows, GTI operations, or large-scale infrastructure environments
