Recruitment Coordinator - Placement Student
The Recruitment Coordinator plays an integral role in our Returners Recruitment team. This role requires for you to be the face of FDM for candidates coming through the assessment centre. During your placement year, you will join our dynamic team in London in a multifaceted role.
The Recruitment Coordinator will be confident, professional and friendly in their approach when guiding candidates through the day and other selection stages, as required. They will ensure candidates have all the information required to attend the virtual and in-person interviews and that those run smoothly and on time. Providing highly efficient administrative support to the UK – wide team, you will need to be task orientated, extremely organised, able to multitask, have a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage the high volume of work.
You will gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and its stakeholders. This is the ideal setting to apply your skills and obtain real life work experience to kick-start your career whilst completing your degree.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing highly efficient and responsive administrative support to our Returners Recruitment team
- Prioritising specific tasks in line with business requirements
- Supporting, organising, and facilitating final stage interviews
- Sending online tests to candidates
- Accurately recording and reporting assessment results, updating our Applicant Tracking System accurately
- Being a source of knowledge for candidates and helping to create a positive candidate experience
- Establishing, building and growing relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and highly professional service
- Supporting Returners Recruitment administration including onboarding and right to work checks
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional and outgoing approach and confidence in speaking to large groups
- Able to work individually and collaboratively within a team and the wider organisation, while building and maintaining relationships across all levels
- Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks in a professional manner
- Able to work well under pressure, prioritise and manage tasks/time in order to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, showing ownership and initiative with strong attention to detail
