We’re a lively, independent web & digital agency in London (10 brilliant humans, one very entitled office dog called Harry, and a distinct lack of corporate nonsense). We create stunning websites and digital experiences for clients who are as passionate as we are - and we’re on the hunt for an Account Manager to be the glue, the hero, and the occasional gentle nudge that keeps everything running smoothly.

What you’ll actually do (the fun part):

• Be the trusted advisor and day-to-day hero for a brilliant mix of clients: from ambitious startups to established brands.
• Translate their ideas into realistic project scopes, timelines, and budgets (and somehow make them love the process).
• Champion their projects internally with our designers, developers, and marketers, keeping everyone happy, on time, and slightly over-delivered.
• Spot opportunities to grow accounts (because happy clients = more fun work = everyone wins).
• Run smooth meetings, send updates that don’t send people to sleep, and celebrate launches like it’s a small festival.

You’ll fit right in if you:

• Have 5+ years of Account Management experience (agency side is a big bonus).
• Love people as much as you love processes, you’re organised, proactive, and can read between the lines of client emails.
• Can keep multiple projects moving without dropping balls (or at least catching them gracefully).
• Bring positive energy, good humour, and the ability to say “yes, but...” in the nicest possible way.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with web/digital projects (websites, SEO, paid media, etc.).
