Human Resources Assistant

HR Assistant – Global Tech Business | London | Up to £30k | Hybrid

Partnering with a leading international technology business, who are expanding their EMEA team and are now seeking a HR Assistant who’s eager to support both administrative operations and HR initiatives.

The Role:

You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the EMEA business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, accurate, and efficient, while also gaining hands-on experience in HR.

You’ll:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records (e.g. BambooHR)
  • Manage employee documentation such as contracts, amendments, and termination paperwork
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and support ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee benefits administration across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local policies
  • Contribute to HR projects, gaining exposure to broader people-focused initiatives

About You:

  • Experience in administration, with a desire to develop in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and discreet when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
