Our client, a growing Data & AI solutions business, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and develop strategic relationships within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of banking and financial services clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary commercial contact. The role will focus on strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring successful adoption of Data & AI solutions across complex stakeholder environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing long-term client relationships across banking and financial services accounts
- Identifying opportunities for account expansion through additional products and advisory services
- Supporting clients in maximising value from Data & AI platforms and solutions
- Leading client engagement activities, onboarding processes, and ongoing account development
- Working collaboratively with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to deliver strategic outcomes
- Maintaining a strong understanding of client objectives, market challenges, and regulatory considerations within the banking sector
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Proven experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management within Technology, Data, SaaS, or Financial Services environments
- Experience working with Banking or Financial Services clients
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability
- The ability to communicate technical or data-led solutions in a clear business context
- A consultative and relationship-driven approach
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities within a fast-paced environment
