Job Title: Strategic Project Manager

Location: Bicester or Wigan (4 days a week in the office)

Reports to: Director of Strategic Initiatives

Salary: £30,000-40,000 per annum, plus benefits

The Role

We need a hands-on Strategic Project Manager to play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects that drive commercial growth and support our long-term goals.

What You'll Do

  • Own the execution and delivery of assigned project workstreams, ensuring actions are completed and outcomes meet agreed standards.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, actions, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, removing blockers and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving decisions and holding owners accountable.
  • Apply commercial awareness to prioritise work and support initiatives that improve revenue, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the organisation professionally when working with customers, partners, and suppliers.

About You

  • You have a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • You can demonstrate delivery of outcome and taking ownership of workstreams or deliverables through previous roles, placements, or internships.
  • You’re highly organised and comfortable managing multiple actions, priorities, and deadlines at once.
  • You have strong execution skills, able to turn plans into action and follow through to results.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to challenge constructively, follow up actions, and drive progress.
  • You bring a problem‐solving, commercially aware mindset, understanding how effective delivery creates business value.

  • A working understanding of core project management principles
  • Exposure to project delivery or operational execution in a commercial environment.
