The Senior Consultant will be responsible for expanding client partnerships and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes while learning directly from industry-leading performers.
Role Highlights
– Source, engage, and qualify outstanding candidates across specialist markets
– Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike
– Identify and win new business opportunities within target sectors
– Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to placement
– Drive process improvements that elevate recruitment quality and efficiency
You Will Need
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in a staffing agency environment
– Proven record of generating new business and achieving strong billings
– Commercial mindset with the ability to exceed KPIs
– Confidence operating in a fast-paced, consultative sales role
– NYC-based and available to work from the office 3 days per week
