- Elicit and document business and functional requirements
- Work with business, technology, risk, and compliance stakeholders
- Support gap analysis, impact assessments, and testing activities
- Act as a key interface with core banking vendors
- Banking or financial services experience
- Hands-on exposure to core banking platforms and upgrades
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
