Senior BDM

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to join a growing team within the fast-moving Data & AI apprenticeship space.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in enterprise sales, working with some of the UK's largest organisations and learning how to manage complex B2B sales processes within a high-growth market.

You'll develop new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate stakeholders, and helping organisations transform their workforce capabilities through Data & AI learning solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with early B2B sales experience who is eager to progress into enterprise-level consultative selling.

The Role:

  • Support the growth of enterprise and corporate accounts across the UK
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across HR, L&D, Digital Transformation, and Technology teams
  • Assist in managing sales opportunities throughout the full sales cycle
  • Support senior team members with proposals, meetings, presentations, and account development
  • Learn and develop consultative sales skills within the Data & AI and workforce transformation space
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and forecasting information
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and delivery teams to support client solutions
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings where required
  • Stay informed on developments within AI, data skills, apprenticeships, and digital transformation

What We're Looking For Essential Experience

  • Previous experience within a B2B sales, business development, recruitment, account management, or customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Highly motivated with a proactive and resilient mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Commercially aware and target-driven
  • Interest in technology, Data & AI, learning, or workforce transformation

Salary up to £65,000 basic+ comms & additional benefits
