Senior Recruitment Consultant – GTM / Sales (Build a New Division)

Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + uncapped commission (up to 35%)

We’re launching a dedicated GTM / Sales division, and this is a rare opportunity to get in early, build a market, and own it.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring experienced recruiters to help launch and grow our new GTM division across two key areas:

  • South Coast GTM Desk (Hampshire, Portsmouth & Southampton)
  • SaaS / Technology GTM Desk (National)

You’ll focus on placing revenue-generating professionals, including:

  • BDRs / SDRs
  • Account Executives (Mid-Market & Enterprise)
  • Business Development Managers
  • Customer Success Managers
  • Marketing professionals
  • Head of Sales / Sales Directors / VPs

This is a true 360 role, with full ownership to build your market, develop clients, and scale your desk.

The Role

  • Build and grow a GTM / Sales recruitment desk within your chosen market
  • Win new business with high-growth tech companies and established organisations
  • Partner with clients to hire revenue-generating talent across sales, marketing and customer success
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360)
  • Develop strong candidate networks within the GTM space
  • Position yourself as a market specialist in GTM hiring

About You

We’re looking for someone who already understands the GTM / sales recruitment space and wants more ownership and upside.

You’ll have:

  • Experience in recruitment (ideally placing sales / GTM professionals)
  • Proven track record of billing and/or winning new business
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and structures (SDR AE Leadership)
  • A commercial mindset and ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach — you want to build, not just maintain
  • Ambition and motivation to maximise earnings and progression
