We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to become the trusted partner behind a portfolio of high-value accounts — and to turn those relationships into real commercial growth.

What you'll do:

• Be the trusted adviser to everyone from AP teams to Finance Directors
• Drive growth and retention through smart cross-sell and upsell
• Embed yourself in accounts to help customers save, improve process and unlock more value
• Collaborate closely — internally and externally — to deliver the best outcomes for your customers

What you'll bring:

• 4–6+ years in SaaS account management
• A love for owning complex, high-impact accounts end-to-end
• The knack for turning product capability into business outcomes
• Commercially sharp — comfortable leading renewals, pricing conversations and negotiations without losing the relationship
• A natural multi-threader — you build champions at every level, from AP analysts to the CFO's office
• Data-driven — you read usage and health signals to spot risk early and expansion opportunities before they're obvious
• Strong on rhythm and discipline — QBRs, account plans and accurate forecasting in the CRM come naturally
• A genuine team player who collaborates across teams and with customers alike
• The confidence to deliver under pressure
