Role: Business Development Representative
Location: 5 days a week, London, White City
OTE: Commission only. £2,120 guaranteed minimum commission per month. £40k-£45k yearly OTE. Commission uncapped.
As a Business Development Representative you will conduct outbound cold calls to merchants, spark interest in Flatpay's payment solutions and book meetings for our Sales Managers. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role with real earning potential and a clear path to progression.
Responsibilities

Conducting outbound cold calls to merchants to spark interest in Flatpay.

Qualifying leads and booking on-site meetings for Sales Managers.

Maintaining clean, accurate data in the CRM and logging activities meticulously.

Iterating on outreach scripts and tactics based on results and coaching.

Providing feedback on merchant responses, competitor insights and pitch success.

Background & Requirements

Fluent in English.

Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer visa sponsorship right now).

Comfortable working five days per week from the office.
