Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, technology delivery, and client support. You will work closely with Project Managers and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Support in organising and running internal and client meetings, ensuring actions are tracked and followed up.
  • Help coordinate resources, track deliverables, and update project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager.
  • Assist with risk and issue tracking and escalate where necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop project management skills.

Desirable:

  • Exposure to or interest in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello,
